Your Pay = Pay Band + Loyalty Compensation Pay

* Each employee will be classified a “Pay Band” (i.e. BOH FT, FOH FT, etc.) as well as a “Title” (i.e. New Hire, Team Leader, etc.).  Both your “Title” and “Pay Band” will determine your pay amount within the business.  If you want to advance in “Title” or shift “Pay Bands,” then please visit discovercfa.com and speak to an Executive in the business.

* Full Time (FT) hours requires an average of 30 hours or more per week over the course of a measurement period.

​

* Part Time (PT) hours is anything less than an average of 30 hours per week over the course of a measurement period. 

​

* Team Leaders and above require full time availability and Executives and above require full time and open availability.

​

* For employees to qualify for FT/Open pay band, they must be available to work full time hours and have open availability.  These employees must be performing at a high level within the business and have no track record of unexcused absences, tardiness, or giving up shifts.  If you are interested in being considered for this pay band, please speak to our Talent Director & Operator.

* At each year anniversary of a Team Member's employment, they will be given an additional Loyalty Compensation Pay (LCP) of $0.20 per hour that will always be added above their base pay throughout their career at Chick-fil-A Murphy or Wylie.  To Learn more about LCP, please click the link above.
