Selling great food is just the path we choose to take, but it is not our end destination. We want to create a business that cares about people.

Our 2022 FOCUS is WINNING HEARTS EVERY DAY
2021 was an unprecedented year for our Chick-fil-A. As we continued to navigate through the COVID pandemic, our team led with CARE and CONFIDENCE accomplishing many amazing milestones along the way. However, we know that with our growth we have become busier than ever, that burnout is real, and that our communities are facing more division than we’ve seen in many years. That’s why in 2022 our focus is WINNING HEARTS EVERYDAY. We believe with this focus, that we can make a positive influence by being the example of CARE in the lives of our teams, our guests, and our community!

Strategic Bet #1 – GENUINE HOSPITALITY
Our founder, Truett Cathy, once asked “how do you know if someone needs encouragement?”  The answer is simply if they are breathing…meaning everyone needs encouragement!  We are going to refocus on what it means to genuinely care for and serve one another and our guests each and every day in our business. Our team and our world needs this more now than ever and we want to be a place where people will feel uplifted from their time spent with us.

Strategic Bet #2 – FAST & ACCURATE SERVICE
Our guests continue to share with us that they not only want genuine hospitality, but they want their food served quickly and correctly.  As we grow increasingly more busy, our lines can feel long and service can feel slow, especially if we do not operate with a sense of urgency.  We want to be fast, but never rushed both from a guest perspective as well as a Team Member perspective.  We want Team Members to be able to work at a speed that also allows them to follow the correct procedures so that they can always provide guests with their accurate order and not be frustrated by leaving without what they want or need.

Strategic Bet #3 – GREAT FOOD
Our competition continues to raise the bar on quality food and we need to make sure that we continue to deliver a great food product to our guests.  We know that this also means understanding how our product should be made and taste.  It’s about consistently doing the right thing, the right way, every time.  If the food is not great, then we will not have the opportunity to shine with our service, speed, and accuracy.

Strategic Bet #4 – CLEAN & SAFE ENVIRONMENT
As guests continue to dine with us after COVID, they have continually told us they expect our restaurants to be clean and safe for them and others.  Even as we transition from COVID, we must remain committed to the practices that have and will continue to keep our restaurant and team clean and safe.
